Do it Yourself
Women are going to great lengths to become as beautiful as possible and if this involves a little suffering, there is no way they will give up. Such a shining example that highlights the fact that they are willing to go as far as it takes, is the eyebrow waxing. The process itself looks pretty painful, but if you know a few tricks and plan everything carefully you can exceed your expectations. Those who can afford to pay a specialist don’t need to know too much about the process, as paying the fee is enough.
For the others, it is useful to know that the eyebrow should be prepared, by brushing it with a clean mascara wand or a soft toothbrush, in front of the mirror. Using a ruler you can better determine which are the points that should be connected with the wax, so the eyebrows are better defined. The wax itself should be warmed up first in boiling water and use a spatula to apply it on the eyebrow, in the same direction the hair grows. Don’t be too hasty and take your time, but don’t let the wax dry.
Press a cotton muslin over the waxed area and pull it with a hand, while you pull the skin with the other to get the hair removed. It is a little painful, but if done correctly you can greatly improve your looks. If you plan on doing this at home to reduce costs, but you have kids that might bump in while you are performing the operation keep the bathroom door closed. If it’s necessary, even use door hangers to let anyone know that you are busy and shouldn’t be disturbed.
